More about the ActionCOACH Firm

This model is for the entrepreneurial minded. Someone who wants to grow a profitable, commercial enterprise with several business coaches working for them. Yes, you will provide coaching services to some clients but your primary focus will be to grow your firm and to support your business coaches. Certainly, you must have an emotional connection with your business and have a passion for developing people and their businesses.

But, this model gives you the ultimate firm partner opportunity to build and lead a professional services firm that can work without you.

In a Firm model, the Senior Franchise Partner is required to have a branded office, employ as a minimum, a Marketing Manager or BDM, and can employ an unlimited number of coaches over time, thus building out a true Professional Service Firm. As a Senior Franchise Partner, you will have to grow the revenue each year for the term of your agreement. For instance, in the first year, you will be required to grow revenue to $15,000 per month. This increases annually until by the commencement of your sixth year, your revenue is at $55,000 per month, thereafter, continuing to add $10,000 per month/year.

In Practice

With this model, you become a certified ActionCOACH and own a coaching practice in which you are the only certified coach. With this model, it is all about lifestyle. Our Practice partners enjoy the freedom and flexibility of a streamlined relationship-based business, selecting their own clients, and working on their own terms from a home office – although we do recommend that our Practice partner have a branded office. As a Practice owner, you too will have revenue targets to meet in the first five years. By the start of your second year, your revenue should be at $10,000 per month and by the start of your sixth year, your monthly revenue should be $45,000 per month.

Thereafter, no further revenue increases are mandated.

Introducing territory mapping

ActionCOACH has recently introduced territory mapping which applies to both the Practice and Firm models. When you purchase your license, you also purchase the rights to your territory which offers you exclusivity to market in that geographical area and the assurance that ActionCOACH will not sell another franchise there. It is possible to own more than one territory. Territories can also be bought and sold which means you have a sellable asset. 

Practice partners have exclusivity in smaller territories while Firm franchisees have exclusive access to larger territories, with Firm model territories comprising two adjoining business areas and Practice model territories comprising half of a designated business area.
